This policy explains what personal data Silveous Jewelry Co., Ltd. (“Silveous”, “we”) collects when you visit our website, shop online or in our stores, and how we use and protect it. We process personal data in accordance with the personal data protection laws of Vietnam and only for the purposes described below.

1. Data we collect

Contact and delivery details: name, email address, phone number and shipping and billing addresses.
Order details: products bought, ring and chain sizes, order notes, gift messages, returns and warranty requests.
Payment details: payment status and, for cards, the card type and last four digits. Full card numbers are handled by our payment providers and never reach us.
Account details: login email, encrypted password, saved addresses and order history.
Messages: emails, contact form submissions and chats with our team.
Technical data: IP address, device and browser type, pages viewed and how you arrived on our website, collected through cookies and similar technologies.

We do not ask for sensitive personal data. Please do not include it in messages or order notes.

2. How we use your data

To process, deliver and support your orders, returns, exchanges and warranty claims.
To manage your account and answer your questions.
To send our newsletter and offers, only if you have subscribed.
To prevent fraud and keep our website secure.
To understand how our website is used and improve it.
To meet our legal obligations, such as keeping accounting and tax records.

We process your data with your consent, given when you place an order, create an account, subscribe or contact us, or where processing is necessary to perform a contract with you or required by law. You can withdraw your consent at any time; this does not affect processing already carried out, and we may still keep data that the law requires us to keep.

4. Newsletter and marketing

We only send marketing emails if you have subscribed. Every email includes an unsubscribe link, and you can also ask us to remove you at any time. Service emails about your orders are sent regardless of your marketing preferences.

We never sell your personal data. We share it only with companies that help us run our business, and only the data they need:

delivery and logistics partners, to deliver your parcels;
payment providers, to process payments and refunds;
website hosting, email and customer service tools;

6. Transfers outside Vietnam

Some of our service providers store data on servers located outside Vietnam. When this happens, we carry out the transfer in line with Vietnamese law and choose providers that apply appropriate safeguards.

7. How long we keep data

Order and invoice records: for the period required by accounting and tax laws.
Account data: while your account is active, and deleted when you ask us to close it.
Newsletter data: until you unsubscribe.
Messages and warranty requests: as long as needed to handle them and any follow-up.

8. Cookies

Essential cookies keep your cart and login working and cannot be switched off. Analytics and advertising cookies are used only with your agreement. You can change your choice at any time in your browser settings; blocking cookies may affect how the website works.

9. Your rights

You have the right to:

know how your data is processed and access a copy of it;
correct data that is inaccurate or incomplete;
ask us to delete your data or restrict its processing;
object to processing and withdraw your consent;
file a complaint with the competent authority.

10. Security

Our website uses encrypted connections (HTTPS). Access to customer data is limited to the staff who need it to do their work. If a data breach affects your data, we will notify you and the authorities as required by law.

11. Children

Our website is not intended for children under 16, and we do not knowingly collect their personal data. A parent or guardian who believes a child has given us data can ask us to delete it.

12. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy to reflect changes in our services or the law. The date of the latest update is shown at the top of this page, and significant changes will be announced on our website.
